We cannot thank you enough for taking the time to consider us as parents to your child. The stress and burden you must be going through with this decision is incomprehensible, but we hope that our profile will give you a glimmer into the life we can offer your child. We are a family of love, laughter and adventure, and can’t wait to share it with your little one. As you read through our page, please know that no picture or words could describe the love and affection we will give. Each day, we’ll strive to give your child a better life than our own. We promise to give your child the absolute best life we can. We will teach love over hate, unity over division, tolerance over ignorance, and kindness over cruelty. About Us…
We met in 2010 and had our first date at EPCOT. After sharing an amazing dinner, we grabbed hands and watched the fireworks together. 10 years later those sparks are still flying. Collin works for a Theme Park and Alex works as a Finance Manager at a video game company. We share our home with our 8lb Morkie (half Maltese, half Yorkie), Oliver. We enjoy traveling and love experiencing new cultures. Collin loves to cook and Alex loves to eat. We share our time cooking, planning trips and playing with Oliver.
Our Home and Pets…
We live in Central Florida, where we are minutes to theme parks, beaches, and traffic. We built our home about 2 years ago. It’s a cozy 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, with a backyard with plenty of space for playing. Our yard is fenced, and the community is safe and gated . Our community also has two playgrounds, a pool, dog parks, and several young families. We also have an 8lb Morkie, Oliver. We picked up Oliver 8 years ago, when he was just a few weeks old and could fit in the palm of your hand. There isn’t a human that he doesn’t love. He’s the sweetest, cuddliest, and most protective 8lb dog you’ll ever meet. He loves playing with toys that are bigger than him and chasing his tiny tennis balls. When he’s not looking for food, he’s probably finding a lap to sit on.
Our Family…
West coast, East coast, sand or snow, our family spans across the country. They’re loud, fun and packed to the brim with love. Alex’s side is a big family, who love to take trips together every few years. They love games, and it’s always a good time when we’re together. Collin’s side is a smaller family. They are incredibly funny and full of unconditional love. But what Collin loves most is they live in a different state. Between both sides, there is plenty of love to spoil a baby!
Our Journey to Adoption…
We’ve always loved kids, and always wanted a family of our own. We both knew from the early stages of our relationship that this was a goal for us and since then, we have worked hard to form the building blocks of a stable life. We are fortunate to have a custom-built house, which we designed in mind for “little ones”. Between Theme Parks & Video Games, if your child prefers princesses or pirates, Zelda or Mario, all or none of them, we have them covered. Also, Collin’s dad jokes are too good to waste!
