We want to say thank you for taking the time to look through our profile and take a glimpse into our lives. We are so excited to grow our family! We will unconditionally love your child through each and every stage of their life, and provide a safe and stable home filled with laughter & joy, while surrounded by our closest friends and family. We can’t imagine how hard this decision must be. We admire your courage. We wish you peace, happiness, and success throughout your pregnancy and life.
About Us…
We met at a friend’s birthday party and we instantly connected. We value our time together – whether it is a tropical vacation or just hanging out at home. We are truly best friends and celebrate our biggest wins and share our biggest struggles. We both have strong family values and love adventure, so we are ready to take on our next adventure as dads. As our love for each other has grown over the years, we are very excited to share that love with a child.
Our Home and Pets…
We rescued our dog Tuck when he was nine weeks old. From the first moments we held Tucker, we fell in love. He is a mix of German Shepherd and Airedale Terrier. Tucker LOVES people, fetch, and being right next to you at all times. He will be turning three this year! We live in a great neighborhood in one of New England’s best school districts. Our neighborhood is filled with young kids and big yards for those kids! We live in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom colonial.
Our Family…
For us, there is no time like family time. Tim is one of three children and Matt is one of four children. We have 11 nieces and nephews so far and it just keeps growing! Our child will grow up surrounded by aunts, uncles, and cousins who all live close by. We love spending time together during the holidays and at school events for the kids.
We are very fortunate to have an awesome group of really close friends. We all live within 20 minutes of each other and enjoy spending time together. We love to participate in community events or just gather at someone’s house for a BBQ. Our friends are very excited to be honorary aunts and uncles and are extremely supportive of our plans to adopt.
Our Journey to Adoption…
One of the first questions we asked each other was “Do you want to have kids?” After dating, getting engaged and then married we decided to start our journey to adopt. We have so much love to share with our future children and we can’t wait to meet them. We found ourselves in a place where we can provide financial and emotional stability for our child. We decided to adopt fall of 2017 and have been pursuing it since.
