Hello! We are Brigid and Andrew, two people with a lot of love to give to a child. We do have one son, but are unable to have any more children. Because we love being parents so much, we really want more kids. We know that if you are reading this, you are searching for a family for your baby, and that it is taking a lot of strength and courage to imagine your baby with that family. We hope that as you learn about us, you will feel comfort knowing that if you choose us to be your baby’s mom and dad, he or she will be loved by us and our families, well-cared for, and have a good life.

We thank you for allowing us to introduce ourselves and respect that your decision takes courage.  We hope that learning about us and our loving family will bring you peace.

We have continued to grow as a couple throughout our nine years of marriage. Infertility struggles have brought us closer together refusing to soften our desire to have children. We are fortunate to have loving extended family. While we love being an aunt and uncle, we are eager to share our lives with a child of our own and always envisioned children in our future. Dear Birthparent…

THANK YOU for taking the time to get to know us. We are trying to imagine the weight of what you are going through right now. Though we aren’t sure of exactly the right words to say, we do want you to know that we are prepared to raise a child in a loving, warm environment filled with laughter and learning, friends and family, creativity and care. The two of us have dreamt of growing our family for many years. Although we cannot have children biologically, we have so much love in our hearts and want to share it by becoming parents.

John F. Kennedy once said, “as we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words but to live by them.” We plan to show our gratitude every day by raising our child in a home filled with love and openness. Although we don’t have biological children of our own, we have been proud to be an aunt/uncle and godparents to our friends and families’ children. Dear Birthparent…

You are so strong -we can only imagine what you are going through now, and we are thankful that you chose life and adoption. You are so brave for taking this step, and hopefully by getting to know the adoptive parents you choose will reassure you that your child will be so loved and cared for. We’ve always wanted a family but our journey to becoming parents has not been easy, and after many unsuccessful treatments we were called to adoption as a loving way to build our family. We are so excited about raising a child and are blessed to have flexible and rewarding careers, a warm home in a great community, and family close by to share in the growth of our family.
